Account and data deletion

You can delete your Seenr account and all your personal data at any time, directly from the app.
How to delete your account
From the Seenr app:
- Open the Account tab, then Settings & privacy.
- Scroll to the Account section.
- Tap "Delete my account" and confirm.
What is deleted
Deletion is permanent and erases your profile, watch history, ratings, reviews, comments, lists, imports and follows.
What may be retained
Some technical logs and backups may remain for a limited period, for security purposes and to comply with our legal obligations, before permanent erasure.
Export your data before deleting
Before deleting your account, you can export your data from Settings → Export my data.
Can't access the app?
If you can no longer sign in, email us at [email protected] from your account's email address and we will process the deletion.
