The Frog Prince

The film was released in the United States under a different title, French Lesson, while retaining the title The Frog Prince elsewhere.

The soundtrack featured nine original instrumental compositions by Enya, marking some of her first solo recordings to receive wide commercial release, years before her breakthrough hit 'Orinoco Flow'.

Two songs composed and performed by Enya were included on the film's soundtrack release but do not actually appear in the film itself.

The soundtrack also includes four jazz standards performed by Jazz Club and one song performed by Édith Piaf.

The film was a British and French co-production, written and directed by Brian Gilbert.
