All Elite Wrestling: Rampage

Rampage was announced in May 2021 as AEW's second weekly television show and fourth overall program, following a $175 million contract extension between TNT's parent company WarnerMedia and AEW for Dynamite through 2023.

Former WWE wrestler Mark Henry was announced as part of the Rampage commentary team as an analyst during AEW's Double or Nothing event on May 30, 2021, before being joined by Excalibur, Taz, and Chris Jericho as a four-man booth.

AEW wrestler Ricky Starks replaced Mark Henry on the commentary team in September 2021, with Henry shifting to solely conducting interviews on the show.

AEW President Tony Khan revealed that Warner had asked him to consider expanding Dynamite to three hours instead of creating Rampage, but he rejected the idea, preferring to keep the extra hour as a separate show on a different night.

On October 15, 2021, WWE's SmackDown aired a special commercial-free 'Supersized' episode that ran until 10:30pm, directly competing with Rampage for 30 minutes; Rampage won the 18-49 demographic that half-hour, 328,000 to 285,000 viewers.

It was initially announced that both Dynamite and Rampage would move to TBS in January 2022, but on September 23, 2021, AEW revealed that only Dynamite would move, with Rampage remaining on TNT.

With the June 2023 launch of AEW Collision, which took over as AEW's second main program, Rampage shifted its focus to younger and mid-to-low card talent, essentially replacing the role previously filled by AEW's canceled YouTube shows Dark and Elevation.

The series ended on December 27, 2024, with Tony Khan announcing during the December 22 tapings that the New Year's Smash special would be the final episode, as Rampage was not included in AEW's new media rights deal with Warner Bros. Discovery starting January 1, 2025.
