The series title refers to Article 66 Section 5 of the law of December 31, 1971 on the legal profession, which deals with professional secrecy covering exchanges between a lawyer and their client.

Origins

The series is inspired by a court hearing involving lawyer Clarisse Serre, who had been a consultant for Anne Landois on the series Engrenages.

Filming

The direction was shared between two filmmakers: Danielle Arbid for episodes 1 to 4 and Keren ben Rafael for episodes 5 to 8.

The cinematography was also divided between two directors of photography, Noé Bach for the first four episodes and Damien Dufresne for the next four.
