Origins

Spring Fever is adapted from an online novel of the same name written by Baek Min-a.

Casting

Ahn Bo-hyun and Lee Joo-bin were reportedly considered for the lead roles as early as October 2024, but their selection was not officially confirmed until July 2025.

Casting

Cha Seo-won joined the cast in April 2025, followed in May 2025 by the agreement of Lee Jae-in's agency to participate in the project.

Cho Jun-young, Lee Jae-in and Bae Jung-nam reportedly joined the cast in September 2025, shortly before the start of principal filming.

Origins

Director Park Won-gook had previously directed the series Marry My Husband (2024) before taking charge of Spring Fever.
