Reception

The show went on a hiatus after ten episodes on November 28, 2005, returned for five more episodes starting January 2, 2006, and was officially cancelled by NBC on May 15, 2006 after just one season.

In episode 113, a scientist character interviewing for the secretive biotech company is told that the company had recovered a living Archaeopteryx and had discovered how to clone animals thirty years before Dolly the Sheep was cloned, tying the show's fiction to real-world genetic engineering history.
