Somewhere Between is an American adaptation of the South Korean mystery drama God's Gift: 14 Days, which originally aired on SBS.

ABC announced a straight-to-series order of 10 episodes for the American remake on February 16, 2016, well over a year before production began.

Casting

Paula Patton was cast as the lead on January 26, 2017, followed by Devon Sawa as the male lead on February 21, 2017, and JR Bourne joining the cast just two days later.

Production on the series began on March 7, 2017, and was based in Vancouver, British Columbia, standing in for the show's San Francisco setting.

Reception

The series premiered on July 24, 2017, as a summer replacement show and was cancelled after just one season of 10 episodes.
