Get Krack!n

Get Krack!n was created by and stars Australian comedians Kate McCartney and Kate McLennan, who both play satirical versions of themselves hosting a low-budget breakfast television show.

Although the series originally aired on television, the first season was released on YouTube on 14 November 2024.

The show's premise mocks breakfast television by depicting an under-trained production crew, some of whom are portrayed as being employed through a prison work release programme.

The final episode of the second season featured guests Miranda Tapsell and Nakkiah Lui, was co-written by Lui, and trended on Twitter for being praised as hilarious and hard-hitting satire.

The acclaimed final episode of season two drew a notably angry response from right-wing commentator Andrew Bolt.

Get Krack!n features an extensive list of celebrity guest stars playing exaggerated characters, including Sam Neill, Hannah Gadsby, Deborah Mailman, Shaun Micallef, and Rove McManus.

Kate McCartney and Kate McLennan previously collaborated on an earlier series together called The Katering Show before creating Get Krack!n.
