When FBI Agent Peter Connelly, recently stationed in Jerusalem, begins investigating the murder of a young American, he realizes that he’s uncovered an ancient international conspiracy that threatens to change the course of human history. Le riprese sono iniziate a Gerusalemme, dove era ambientata originariamente l'intera trama secondo Jason Isaacs.

A causa del conflitto tra Israele e Gaza del 2014, la produzione è stata trasferita in Croazia, nelle località di Dubrovnik, Pola, Spalato e Traù, e successivamente ad Albuquerque, nel Nuovo Messico.

Curiosità

Inizialmente erano stati commissionati sei episodi per la miniserie, poi il numero è stato aumentato a dieci.

Accoglienza

Nonostante la messa in onda completa, USA Network ha cancellato la serie il 12 maggio 2015, pochi giorni dopo la conclusione della prima stagione andata in onda dal 5 marzo al 7 maggio 2015.
