7.5/10 Very difficult movie to rate. I loved the premise, most of the execution and the performance of Michael Johnston was great (though some of his choices were 🙄), I could really feel his dread and despair. There were some over the top scenes (like how fake the smashing of the head looked) which can really ruin a movie for me. In this case it didn’t ruin the movie because of the positive aspects, but it does make it difficult to rate it a full 8/10.

considering the budget and the new gen cast this deserves 5 stars, still all the speculation that was going around about bear being the victim made me mad so im giving 3 and 1/2
