Maybe it’s worth 7/10 stars but all the negative reviews just make me angry. Just taking one side of the story, not empathizing with the other, isn’t that why there’s so much misunderstanding and even hatred going around. I think this was actually one of the better Christmas movies: humor, love, forgiveness, family and, in the end, mutual understanding or at least the willingness to understand the other, together with a good premise + plot to convey it and fine acting make this a thoroughly enjoyable movie.
