TV Time is closing. Your history is not.
Years of checked episodes, ratings and lists. Grab your TV Time archive, drop it into Seenr: it all comes back, with your original watch dates.
Time left to request your archive
Free · Ad-free · Web, iOS & Android
Request your archive today, import it whenever you like
On 15 July, TV Time’s export page disappears along with the service, and there is no second window. The .zip file, on the other hand, never expires. Download it now, even if you have not decided where to land yet.
Three steps
From TV Time to Seenr, without re-checking a thing
About as long as one episode.
-
1
Ask TV Time for your archive
On TV Time’s data export page, sign in with your account and request your data. A download link lands in your inbox, usually within minutes.

2
Create your Seenr account
Free, no credit card. In your browser or from the iOS app, whichever you prefer.

3
Drop in the .zip file
Settings, then "Import my shows & movies". Seenr identifies every title and replays your history. Feel free to close the page: processing carries on in the background.
An import does not wake up your friends’ activity feed: ten years of watching should not look like one big evening.
Inside the suitcase
What Seenr brings across
The TV Time export is rich. We read nearly all of it.
- Your watched episodes, with their original dates
- Your watched movies, rewatches included
- Your ratings, converted to a 10-point scale
- Your emotions (Amazing, Great, Good…)
- Your followed, finished and dropped shows
- Your watchlist and your movies to watch
- Your favourites, shows and movies alike
- Your episode comments
- Your custom lists
- The date you first added each show
And what cannot come across
- Specials. TV Time numbers them its own way, so rather than filing them at random, Seenr leaves them aside and tells you how many.
- The old reactions TV Time retired. Their star equivalent is documented nowhere, and inventing a rating on your behalf would be worse than leaving none.
- Your friends. The social graph is not part of the export, so you will have to find them here by hand.
- A handful of titles. When a show cannot be identified with certainty, it is listed at the end of the import for you to check off yourself.
No culture shock
Your landmarks, translated
The words shift a little. The gestures do not.
After the import
Why land here
A faithful import, not a "watched everything today"
Every episode keeps its watch date. Your stats, your recap and your history keep their depth.
Shows and movies together
The same gesture for an episode and for a film: the date, the rating, the emotion. Watchlist, rewatches and sagas in one place.
Free, without ads
No banner between two episodes, no subscription to unlock before you can check off what you watch.
Your data stays yours
Your account can be deleted in one gesture from the settings, with no email to write and no form to fill in.
Frequently asked
What you are probably wondering
TV Time shuts its service down. Its data export page closes with it: after that date there is no way left to retrieve your history from TV Time. An archive you have already downloaded, however, stays valid indefinitely.
On TV Time’s data export page, sign in with your account and request your data. You receive an email with a link to a .zip file. If you have forgotten your password, reset it sooner rather than later: no account access, no export.
Yes, that is the whole point of the import. Every episode and every film keeps its original date, and your shows recover the date you first added them. When a date is missing from the export, the view is counted without a date rather than stamped with today.
From a few minutes to half an hour for very large libraries, since Seenr rebuilds every show and every season along the way. Processing runs in the background, so you can close the page.
No harm done. An episode already checked is not counted again, and an existing rating is never overwritten by a lower one. You can re-import a fresher archive without duplicating your history.
No. Seenr runs in the browser, on desktop as well as mobile. An iOS and an Android app are there if you prefer.
Yes, and ad-free. Tracking, importing, statistics and recommendations are all available without paying.
Their exports are accepted too; for Trakt, just connect your account. Seenr reads your watched films, your ratings, your watchlist and your lists from them.
Your history deserves better than a forgotten .zip
Create your account, drop in your archive. In a few minutes, ten years of watching are back.
